Welcome to Fuel-Up (fueluplife.com). This Privacy Policy explains how Kcal World DMCC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and mobile application (the "App").

Information We Collect

• Personal Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, and delivery address.
• Location Data: We use location services to accurately determine your delivery address during the ordering process.
• Financial Data: Payments are processed securely via Amazon Payment Services. Fuel-Up does not store your full credit card numbers or CVV; all financial data is handled by our secure, third-party processor.
• Device & Advertising Identifiers: We collect identifiers such as the Apple ID for Advertisers (IDFA) and Google Advertising ID (AAID) to attribute app installs and measure marketing performance.
• Health Data: We may collect health-related information including, but not limited to:
• Weight and body measurements.
• Dietary intake and calorie consumption.
• Fitness or activity-related data required to support nutrition and wellness tracking.
• Specific food allergies or dietary restrictions.

How We Use Health Data

• Personalise meal plans and nutrition recommendations.
• Calculate calorie intake and calorie expenditure.
• Display health and wellness insights within the app.
• Improve app functionality and user experience.
• Provide customer support when required.

Health Data Usage Limitations

• Health Data is used strictly to provide and improve the Kcal service.
• Health Data is not used for advertising or marketing purposes.
• Health Data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for advertising or profiling.
• Health Data is stored securely and accessed only by authorised systems necessary to operate the service.

Data Sharing & Disclosure

• In-House Logistics: All deliveries are handled by our internal team; your address and contact details are not shared with third-party logistics providers.
• Service Providers: We only share data with essential partners (such as Amazon Payment Services or Adjust) to complete transactions, attribute marketing performance, and provide the service.

Deletion of Personal and Health Data

• In-App: Log into the Fuel-Up App, tap the "My Profile" button in the bottom right corner of the screen, tap your name and select the "Delete account" button located in the User Profile section under "Settings".
• By Email: Send a request to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.

Important Conditions for Deletion:

• Grace Period: Once an account deletion request is received, it will take approximately 28 days to process. This grace period allows users to recover their accounts in the event of accidental deletion.
• Permanent Removal: If no reactivation request is made within the 28-day period, all personal data, health data, and account details associated with the user will be permanently deleted from all Kcal's databases, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
• Active Subscriptions: Please note that users with an active meal plan or ongoing service are not eligible to delete their account until the plan has been completed or the subscription has been cancelled in accordance with our cancellation terms.

Analytics & Advertising Attribution

• Adjust: We use Adjust to track how users find our App (e.g., via Meta Ads or Google Ads) and to measure in-app conversions. This involves the collection of Advertising IDs. This data is used strictly for internal performance analysis and is not shared with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
