Terms and conditions


We currently deliver across the UAE, except for Fujairah and Ruwais.

Our minimum order for meal prep is AED 150/. Orders above AED 250/- delivery is FREE but for orders below AED 250/- a charge of AED 30/- is added per delivery.

We have no minimum order for supplements. If your order is below AED 150 there will be a delivery charge of AED 20.00 per delivery. Any order AED 250 and above the delivery is free.

Delivery timings options for meal prep are 6am – 8am, 8am – 10am and 6am – 10 am.

Delivery timings for supplements will be schedule via our logistic partner.

If you require us to access secure parts of your home or building in order to deliver Fuel up please mention in the address section.
Please keep us up to date with any changes that might affect our ability to deliver to you. If we cannot access your building because of changes that we have not been notified of, we will attempt to contact you to make other arrangements.
If we are unable to deliver in such circumstances, we reserve the right to charge you for unsuccessful delivery in any event.

Note at least 48 hrs is required to make any changes in your delivery or meals, else the order will be delivered as per your initial request.

It is agreed that anyone at the delivery address is entitled to accept delivery otherwise all deliveries will be left safe as agreed with any purchase. As we are delivering fresh foods our drivers can only attempt to deliver once. Do not attempt to deliver the goods back to us as it will be rejected and charged as agreed.

Non Delivery Areas

Fujairah and Ruwais.


The food is delivered in a health certified polystyrene container, complete with dry ice to ensure safety.
Upon receiving of the box, it is the customers’ duty to make sure all meals are immediately put in the refrigerator.
Fuel up by Kcal does not take any responsibility otherwise.

The polystyrene box is cooled with dry ice, which is safely protected. Usually the dry ice will sublimate by the time it reaches you.
In the case the ice is still solid, make sure you do not touch without gloves.

If you would like to get rid of it just leave it outside or in a bucket of water in a well ventilated area, it will quickly evaporate.
Cooking and re-heating instructions must be followed closely. Make sure that re-heated food is hot throughout. Most menu items can be re-heated within 2 to 3 minutes.

Food Allergy Disclaimer

Please be aware that our facility prepares foods and uses ingredients in our products that contain nuts or nut oil, dairy, gluten, egg and fish.
If you have any type of food allergy, please refrain from eating our products. Fuel up makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies. Every effort is made to instruct our food production staff on the severity of food allergies.

In addition, you can select to exclude items that we have identified as possible allergen-containing ingredients; however, there is always a risk of contamination. There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the commercial foods we use could change the formulation at any time, without notice. Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk.


We accept Visa and MasterCard online payments. We do not accept COD.

Payment needs to be done at least 72hrs before delivery, else delivery will be postponed/cancelled.


Purchased items are non-refundable.

Account Terms

By registering with the Website you can access or view the prices, product inventories, and submit purchase orders electronically.
You are responsible for using the website in a private and secure manner. We will not be liable for any damage or loss caused from any unauthorized account access resulting from your actions, such as not logging out of the account or sharing your account password.
We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel an account at any time.


We operate a complaints handling procedure, which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise.
