Can you out supplement a bad diet?

It’s fairly common in today’s society to turn to supplements to maintain a healthy diet, after all, it’s an easy and quick fix for missed vitamins, minerals and macronutrients that you might not get from food. The long and short of it is: you cannot out supplement a bad diet.
